Spring is Coming!
Spring is coming! It is teasing and enticing me outside. The birds are singing, the sun is coming up sooner, and I can see see buds swelling and beginning to break open.
Welcome to my blog; "The Non-Conforming Gardener". I am a master gardener and created this blog about non traditional garden practices. I do not use chemicals or toxic herbicides and try to garden in a natural and safe way in order to protect the environment and to protect pets and family. After losing my last pet to diabetes and pneumonia and having several pets with cancer issues, I wanted to do all I could to help them live a safer life. These are the trials and errors of taking care of my gardens.
